What the hell is wrong with the GQ app? Every single time I open it to continue reading the latest issue, it asks me if I want to restore my previous purchases (see the screen grab). No other Conde Nast app does that, so I’m assuming it’s some sort of bug, but why are they taking so long to fix it?

I do want to add that I’ve become quite a fan of GQ on iPad — and I’m talking about the new Adobe-powered version, that lanched a couple of months ago. I should probably write a proper review, but let me say that I think it handles a lot of things in an aesthetically pleasing manner, and they’ve done a gread job of adding some fun videos to a few of their articles (like mini-interviews with a featured person, or just horsing around during style shoots).

I will have to bring up another bit of weirdness I’ve encountered with the app, but let me do that in a separate post (I’ll link to it when it’s up).

Update: Here‘s the other GQ-related post.
