Where magazines and digital meet
and have a fun time together.
Real Simple still hasn’t launched a proper iPad edition of the magazine, but it does have a new iPad app (it’s a universal app, actually, that works on iPhone too), Real Simple Recipes: No Time to Cook? As the title implies, it’s an interactive recipe book that includes 850 easy recipes.
What I don’t quite get is that it is priced at $5, but according to this piece at FishbowlNY, the app itself is sponsored by Hillshire Farm Smoked Sausages. Shouldn’t it be free then?
That article does get one thing wrong: This is not Real Simple‘s first app, as it was proceeded by a free to-do list app for iPhone.
